59.3% believe Confidence Levels will start to increase in 6-12 Months, with 18.6% Already Seeing Signs.

2. How long do you feel it will take for market conditions resume to how they were in 2007?
43.6% judge Market Conditions to take 24 Months + to resume to how they were in 2007, 29.1% believe it shall take 18 Months

3. What do you feel will happen to future steel prices in the next 6 months?
46.6% believe Steel Prices shall Remain The Same, 43.1% sense they shall Reduce

4. Do you currently have to heavily reduce margins to compete?
91.4% of participants are heavily Reducing Margins to compete

5. What is the most important aspect considered when you place an order or award a contract?
62.5% find that Price is the most important aspect when they Place Orders

6. What is the most important aspect you feel your customers consider when placing an order or awarding a contract?
78.6% also feel Price is the most important factor when your Customers Place Orders or award contracts. Reliability is the second most important factor.

7. How is your potential/confirmed order book for the next 6 to 12 months?
78% of participants would describe their Order Book as being Low or Average.

8. How are your enquiry levels?
Enquiry Levels are most commonly described as Very Good (34%) or Average (35.8%)
