Albion Polycoat Profile
In a quest to continually innovate solutions and improve our cold rolled manufactured products, Albion are pleased to announce the product launch of the new ‘Albion Polycoat Profile' - a Pre-Coated Polyester Section.
The motivation behind the development was to provide an alternative to the industry standard Post Powder Coated Section that is both leaner in cost and lead time.
On average the Albion Polycoat Profile is £300 per ton more economical than a Post Powder Coated Section and is available with our industry leading 5 - 7 working day lead times.
Key Advantages
• High quality durable coating, factory applied thermosetting paint
• Ral 9002 a common cladding colour, making the roof aesthetically pleasing
• Adds light and improves the open appearance / ambiance of the steel structure
• Hugely improved chemical and corrosion resistance, compared to a standard G275 coated galvanised purlin and rail
• Good UV resistance
• No additional lead times required
• Cost effective solution due to reduced operations, handling and transportation.
