Z purlin, C section, Eaves beam and
Rail technical manual

As part of Albion's continuing Development Program, the Z purlin, C channel section, Eaves beam and rails have been re-released for 2010.

After extensive full scale testing at Birmingham University, under the supervision of Dr Jian Yang, we have improved the load carrying capacities of our purlin and rail sections.

Product Features

- The depth range has been maintained but, for sections 200mm -265mm deep, the flange widths have been reduced.

- This, with the introduction of lipped sleeves, provides a more efficient and cost effective system.

- For the most popular sections, up to 245mm deep, the user is also able to choose either M12(8.8) or M16(4.6) site assembly bolts.
