of the new millennium these include new fully tested systems
with an enhanced range of sections.
Fully computerised pre-piercing
rolling mills with computer laser marking of sections provide
far greater accuracy during manufacture, eliminating the
necessity of expensive reworking on site thus reducing time
and cost.
The new improved range of
zed purlins and side rails have been designed to meet
industrys’
needs thus creating cost effective solutions to many applications
with sections ranging from 120mm to 400mm in depth in
various
gauges from 1.3mm to 3.0mm totalling 75 sections fully
supported by a complete range of accessories.
All sections have been designed
to BS 5950: Part 5 and supported by extensive and continued
component bending tests, and full analysis using the most
up to date finite strip technology carried out by Dr Long
Yuan Li
Department of Civil Engineering, Aston University. Coupled
with all the above, Albion Sections Limited are
Quality Assured to ISO 9001:2000.
This has streamlined the whole
